The long runs are pretty satisfactory. Been sore around the ankles after this week's run. So took the bike out for a nice pleasure ride.
Madhura seems to be liking her Nike+.
Am reading up and looking for a used Garmin Forerunner. If a deal comes by, fine. Not sure if it will be useful though. Lets see...
